I had a pretty good stay, thanks to the excellent customer service from the reception staff who were always kind and willing to help out. The family room felt very homely, but sadly, it wasn't very clean and lacked some facilities that would have made my stay more comfortable. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows, but the staff really made a difference.
